We donated $570 to the United Methodist Committee on Relief (UMCOR) to support its international disaster response project on Dec. 16. The donation is part of holiday sale proceeds starting Nov. 28 on PianoMother.com. The donation went to help Typhoon Haiyan victims in the Philippines.

We’d like to thank all of you, especially those who purchased our piano courses during that period. Without your support and participation, we could not have made this donation happen.

I believe the donation is one of the best holiday gifts we can give to help others less fortunate, particularly to the people in the Philippines who suffered so much.

Together, we can make a difference.
